As an out-of-network provider, we file every claim on your behalf and help you use your full benefit. Being an out-of-network provider still means we file and process your insurance claims for you. Patients at our practice use their full benefit without compromising on quality of care, and without rushed or delayed appointment times.
Don’t see your plan listed? These are simply the plans we file most often — as an out-of-network provider, we can typically still submit your claim.
Want to know your exact coverage before you decide on treatment? Ask us for a Pre-Determination of Benefits — we submit your proposed treatment plan to your insurer and tell you exactly what they will and will not pay before you commit to anything.
